Luxury envelope - Please note: the rsvp card does not come with an envelope as we have designed these for guests to reply via a QR code, website or phone/email.

HOW TO ORDER

If ordering a non- personalised sample, we will send:
- MAIN INVITE PAGE
- DETAILS/ON THE DAY PAGE
- RSVP
- BELLY BAND AND STICKER
- LUXURY ENVELOPE

Samples cannot be personalised, they are to give you an idea of colour, quality and finishings etc. To order a non personalised sample just add 1 invite to your basket and write SAMPLE in the personalisation box.


If you're not ordering a sample, just choose your quantity (sometimes you have to do this at checkout), then enter details about your wedding day in the personalisation box provided or send us an email at info [!at] charlottewakefordstationery.co.uk.


The details we suggest to include are (ignore what isn't relevant to your order):

Main Invite Page:
- Names (this is how you want them to appear on your invite, such as just first names or your full names etc)
- Date of Wedding Day
- Time and address of ceremony venue

Details Page:
- Time and address of reception venue (if different to ceremony)
- Accommodation
- Travel
- Gifts (we have an option to add this as an extra A6 size page if needed)
Any other info you need your guests to know such as a wedding website etc

RSVP Page:
- Date to RSVP by
- How you want your guests to RSVP (we can print QR codes)
- Any other info you want to include such as dietary requirements, song requests, number of highchairs etc


These invitations can easily be adapted for evening guests, just get in touch and we can discuss the details.


PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROOF READ WORDING AND SPELLING BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!


Once we have received your order we will be in touch within 1-3 working days with any questions or with your first PDF proof. We will always supply up to 3 proof amendments for your approval before we go to print, to make sure you are 100% happy with the layout, design and wording etc.


Once you are happy, we will go ahead and print and assemble your invites and will let you know once they are ready to ship. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for this process as everything is made to order.


All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked for UK and via courier for USA/Canada.

If reprints and/or extra invitations of digitally printed items are required at a later date, Charlotte Wakeford Stationery cannot guarantee exact colour matching to previous print runs, this is due to print press calibration as previously mentioned.

    All designs are proof checked and signed off by you before we print, if there is a mistake after print, you may incur additional charges to rectify the details. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more info.

     

    If you receive a damaged item please get in contact within 24 hours of delivery with images.

  • Deliveries will be sent tracked via Royal Mail or via courier, a signature may be required on receipt. You should receive your order within 7 working days from dispatch.
